The MBA is pleased to offer the National Association of Broadcaster’s Political Advertising Forms (PB-19) as a 2026-27 MBA member benefit!
The forms have been updated and streamlined for easier use by station personnel, and reflect recent FCC changes to certain disclosure requirements. These forms include (1) NAB agreement form for political candidate advertisements and (2) NAB agreement form for non-candidate/issue advertisements.
Forms are available immediately for MBA members in good standing.
