· Answer phones
· Greet clients & guests
· Mail distribution
· Prize fulfillment
· Assist General Manager, Sales and Accounting departments with data entry, filing, and creating reports as needed.
· Team player who can also work independently
· Be able to adapt to changing situations under pressure
