Location: Boston, MA/Detroit, MI

 

Description:

Beasley Media Group is searching for a dynamic National Sales Manager for our five-station cluster in Boston and our four station cluster in Detroit. Based in Boston, the National Sales Manager will develop client relationships, be solution oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and manage an internal support staff in addition to managing a team of outside sellers.

Candidates must be able to collaborate across departments and form lasting relationships with clients. You must be the type of manager who can inspire a team.  If you are a high performer and have a proven track-record of success, we want to meet you.

Candidates must articulate a specific vision for how they will increase revenue, motivate a team and create client solutions.  If selected for an interview, we will want to learn how you inspire and lead a team to greatness.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed station(s) national budgets and forecasts
  • Effectively manage the national sales department, including inventory management, pricing and negotiations
  • Package and present all business proposals in a timely manner
  • Travel to key accounts
  • Report national revenue forecast and station(s) progress to the Director Of Sales on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with programming, promotions departments and other sales managers
