Binnie Media, a locally owned radio group, is looking for a new addition to our traffic team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Traffic Manager but we are also willing to train someone who is attentive to detail, great organization skills and excellent time management.
The Traffic Manger is responsible for creating a daily Traffic Log in Marketron Traffic Software, ensuring ads run in the most efficient and effective way. Verifying sales orders are entered correctly and ensuring credit and client approval processes are complete. Meeting daily deadlines for sending logs to programming. Printing and mailing monthly invoices to clients and assisting sales staff with questions or issues as they arise. This position has an admin component as well, greeting guests and answering/transferring phone calls to appropriate department or individuals.

Experience with Marketron Traffic Software – willing to train the right person
Ability to work in a busy office environment with constant interruptions
Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Office 365
