In cooperation with Brown Rudnick Berlack & Israels, LLP, the MBA created the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association Broadcasters’ Legal Guide. A comprehensive booklet of legal information, the Guide provides valuable knowledge about many issues of concern to broadcasters including sections on advertising, libel, invasion of privacy, copyright, public records, employment, Internet issues, and more.
If your station does not have a copy, or would like to request an additional copy, please contact the MBA office at 800-471-1875 or info@massbroadcasters.org. All stations are permitted one copy free of charge (copies were mailed to stations in January of 2002). Additional copies are $100 each. |
