Description

Cape Cod Broadcasting Media (99.9 the Q, Cape Country 104, Cape Classical 107.5, Ocean 104.7 and CapeCod.com) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator and critical thinker who will report to the General Sales Manager.  This position functions as an extension of the sales team, and you will liaise with sales, digital, and promotions and work closely with the General Sales Manager. The right individual will have the following skills/proficiencies:

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently
  • Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments at the same time
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • High level Microsoft Office Suite experience and skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Create and track complex budget spreadsheets
  • CRM and Email Marketing knowledge a plus
  • Assist in managing incoming digital proposals to make sure deadlines on creative submission and proposal creation are met
  • Assist Sales team with various projects
  • Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
